Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirements:
- Fresh Candidates: Must be between 25 and 50 years of age as of April 30, 2025 (Born between May 1, 1975 and April 30, 2000).
- Repeaters: Must be between 25 and 55 years of age as of April 30, 2025 (Born between May 1, 1970 and April 30, 2000).
- Experience:
- Repeaters who have performed two or fewer Hajj duties in Saudi Arabia are eligible.
- Candidates who have performed more than two Hajj duties are not eligible.
- Education Qualification:
- Minimum matriculation is required for field staff positions.
- Higher qualifications (Bachelor’s/Master’s) are preferred for supervisory roles.
- Physical Endurance Test:
- All candidates must undergo a 5 km walking/jogging test conducted by NTS.
- Health Requirements:
- Applicants must be physically fit. Those with chronic illnesses or disabilities must provide a fitness certificate from an authorized DHA facility.
- Government Employees:
- Regular government employees (BS-07 to 18) with a valid NOC from their respective departments are eligible.
General Terms and Conditions
- Assessment Process:
- Written tests, physical endurance tests, and interviews will be conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further evaluation.
- Repeaters Quota:
- Up to 70% of the total seats are reserved for repeaters.
- Submission of Documents:
- Original documents must be presented at the time of selection.
- Any falsification of information may result in disqualification and legal action.
- Special Notes:
- Disabled government employees are not eligible due to the nature of assignments.
- Travel, food, and accommodation will be provided for selected candidates during the Hajj duty.
