Position Details

• Designation: Processing Officer (OG-III)
• Job Type: Contractual (3 years, renewable based on performance)
• Locations: Positions available in multiple cities, including:
  • Punjab: Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sialkot
  • Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas
  • KPK: Peshawar, Mardan
  • Other Regions: Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffarabad (A.K), Jhelum, Larkana, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized institution).
• Candidates with a Master’s degree (HEC-recognized) will be prioritized.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 26 years as of the application deadline.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preference for candidates with 1+ year of experience in:
  • Database management
  • Sales processing
  • MIS reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan processing, sales operations, and database systems.
• Assist Unit Heads in devising strategies to achieve business targets for personal loans.
• Monitor portfolio growth, analyze profitability, and ensure compliance with SBP/SECP regulations.
• Prepare competitor analysis, monthly MIS reports, and reconciliation activities.
• Address discrepancies in loan proposals and ensure adherence to credit policies.
• Proactively reduce non-performing loans (NPLs) and maintain portfolio health.
• Resolve customer complaints and collaborate with branches for process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of MIS and business reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
